Anyone who knows me knows I don’t take reviews lightly—I rarely leave one unless something truly stands out. After our first visit, I felt compelled to share our experience at the Somerset Schoolhouse. From the moment my wife and I arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The boutique is charming, filled with beautiful items, unique collectibles, and pieces of the schoolhouse’s history. What really stood out was how the team treated us—it felt like we’d known them forever. The entire place is inviting, cozy, and perfect for a relaxing time with friends or family. The food menu is great, and the staff is among the most accommodating we’ve experienced. The speakeasy in the basement is one of the nicest I’ve seen, with a perfect mix of historic charm and a modern touch, comfortable seating, and an amazing vibe. I can confidently say you won’t regret visiting. We’re already looking forward to coming back and bringing friends.

What a hidden gem! This place is adorable, sophisticated, and fun! The drinks are unique. The boutique upstairs always has such great gift options, and their outdoor space is perfect for a Sunday Funday! Can't wait to return!

Great food!!! Amazing Cocktails! Awesome atmosphere! Our bartender Scott was worth the visit alone, had the Bruschetta and flatbread margherita pizza. 10/10 will be coming back soon. Try the penicillin drink on the secret drink menu, you’re welcome!

Oh my gosh what a fun place to have a drink. The speakeasy in the basement is super fun. The outdoor seating and firepit is a great place to hang out. And the indoor store and gathering spaces are fabulous for smaller get togethers.

A true Miami County treasure! This is a 1920's Schoolhouse that's been converted into a unique upscale boutique on the main floor and a Prohibition style Speakeasy downstairs. Outside is a beautiful area with a gas fireplace and lots of seating and tables. The food is absolutely delicious and the chef has some amazing creations. The staff are friendly and so pleasant. With fun events planned throughout the year, it's really a destination spot! And to top it off, the owners family attended the school back in the day.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our first two visits (in 3 days) to the Somerset Schoolhouse. It is a virtual gem with its beautiful setting ...its charming Schoolhouse boutique and speakeasy...its absolutely delicious menu offerings of eats and libations!!! We will return often with family and friends. A special mention goes to the Schoolhouse staff for their welcoming warmth and hospitality...McKenzie is a "Top Notch" server.

What a fun little spot! Had an amazing Mother's Day brunch with our family. Service was great considering how busy they were. The staff was so so kind and had great energy! Lots of large parties. The gift shop was super cute with serval options for unique finds and the fudge was the perfect dessert to top it all off!
